Following extensive revitalization efforts, the exterior façades now exude contemporary elegance, while communal areas have been upgraded to enhance the resident experience. Notably, the addition of attic apartments beneath the raised roofline offers sweeping views over the city skyline. Inside, the original apartments remain untouched, granting prospective buyers the freedom to personalize their living spaces to their tastes. In line with the client’s vision, we embarked on a mission to present innovative design concepts that epitomize this urban lifestyle. Our designs seamlessly marry modern aesthetics with practical functionality, achieving a harmonious balance of style and utility. Collaborating closely with Funky Monkey™, we translated these concepts into captivating visual representations, inviting potential buyers to envision the perfect fusion of urban vibrancy and serene living. These visuals have been seamlessly integrated into our comprehensive marketing campaign, spanning both digital and print platforms.
